The essence of psychdevops is a reminder that people are at the heart of any technological endeavour. No matter how advanced our tools or processes may be, they will go to waste without meaningful engagement with the humans who develop, operate, and use them.

Here is the good news - there is no need to hide behind certificates, virtue signalling and pretentious motivational posts.
